We have extensive experience in providing legal advice in relation to bankruptcy proceedings and at any given point in time our insolvency department is administering a large number of estates in bankruptcy. Due to our experience and size we are able provide an efficient and targeted trustee effort for the benefit of the estate in bankruptcy's creditors. 

Typical assignments

We have administered all types and sizes of estates in bankruptcy, from previously listed companies to small single proprietorships.

The role as a creditor representative

In addition to administering estates in bankruptcy, we often act as the creditor representative in estates in bankruptcy administered by other law firms, for instance as a creditor representative at a creditor's committee of an estate in bankruptcy, by assisting in proving a claim against an estate in bankruptcy or by providing legal assistance to undertakings or persons against whom a claim for avoidance is made by an estate in bankruptcy.
