Plesner advises issuer of capital markets instruments listed on Danish and foreign exchanges and has, for instance, advised DONG Energy A/S in connection with senior and hybrid note issues on the Luxembourg stock exchange as well as issues under and updates of DONG Energy A/S' EMTN programme.
