We advise both private companies and public research institutions in respect of the entering into and structuring of all types of research and collaborative projects, including research collaboration between private companies and public research institutions and the public law regulation of such collaboration. We also provide assistance on research cooperation financed by grants from foundations or public development funding schemes.

We also have extensive experience in advising on all types of commercialisation of technology, including strategic advice on the planning of sales processes, negotiation and entering into licence agreements and competition law regulation of such matters.
