Application and registration of domain names
Plesner registers domain names on behalf of a large number of Danish and foreign undertakings. We know the rules and provide advice on the special national requirements that apply to the registration of domains in other countries.

Has someone taken your domain name?
If someone has registered a domain which is identical to or which is closely related to your company name, trademark or domain, it is possible to initiate a complaints procedure in order to either have the domain deleted or transferred to you.
We have extensive experience in cases brought before the Danish Complaints Board for Domain Names and provide assistance to Danish and foreign trademark owners by solving Danish (.dk) and international (.com, .net, .org etc) domain name disputes. In case of any disputes in other countries, we refer to competent colleagues abroad.
Typosquatting domains
A typosquatting domain is a variant of a typographical error of a known domain such as gogle.dk. "Domain pirates" acquire such domains and profit on them through advertisements etc. in cases where Internet users are directed to the websites because of a spelling mistake.
Plesner provides assistance in typosquatting complaints where it is possible quickly and at a relatively low cost to have the typographical error of your domains deleted or transferred in case the domain hijacker has registered more than one typographical error domain.
