Drafting insurance terms

We provide advice to Danish and foreign insurance companies, insurance intermediaries and businesses on the drafting and the scope of insurance terms. Our advice to insurance companies and insurance intermediaries primarily includes assistance in drafting insurance terms such as the wording of individual terms and compliance of existing insurance terms with Danish law and case law in the area.

Assessment of insurance issues

Even established businesses that are not up for sale often require an assessment of their policy terms. We provide such assistance and at the same time we advise them on the interaction between general insurance cover and the drafting of general terms of sale and delivery, the relationship with sub-suppliers, etc.
