Our advice ranges from matters involving waste and incineration, soil contamination, water supply, waste water and energy law to matters involving protection of the natural protection and all types of matters in respect of the Danish Planning Act, for example assessment of environmental impact (EIA).

European Community Law
We have extensive experience in European Community Law regulation in the area of environmental law and we provide advice on issues relating to chemicals, tenders, packaging and on other areas that to a large extent are regulated at a European level.
M&As and environmental law
Aspects in terms of environmental law may be of decisive importance to the completion of a successful acquisition, for example in respect of permits and possible enforcement notices. We have technical understanding and legal expertise in the area and we are collaborating with leading consulting engineering firms in Denmark.
