We provide assistance to leading insurance companies in settling disputes and we advise on all regulatory issues. The department also advises businesses on insurance and liability issues, provides assistance in cases involving damage/injury and assesses their risk profile.

Leading cases

Since the 1960s the leading cases that we have conducted on behalf of insurance companies before the Danish courts and the European Court of Justice have influenced Danish case law.

Publications

We also attach importance to contributing to the communication of knowledge in our area of expertise and we frequently contribute articles about insurance and compensation to Danish and international journals.
