Within project financing we mainly focus on PPP projects and energy projects.

High-profile cases

Plesner acted for Pihl & Søn A/S in connection with the financing of the construction and operation of the new national archives of Denmark; the first PPP project in Denmark. Further, we have broad experience within the financing of wind parks in South and Central Europe and of off-shores wind projects in the North Sea and has advised e.g. DONG Energy A/S in connection with the acquisition of such project.

Hotel projects

Further, we assisted lenders as well as purchasers in connection with a large number of real estate projects, including hotel projects relating to Marriott Hotel Copenhagen and Comfort Hotel Østerport.
