In connection with the start-up of a new company, there is often a need for guidance on practical and legal matters, for example when it comes to choosing corporate form, forming a company and drawing up shareholders' agreements if the company is to be owned by more than one person.
To reduce expenses, many people choose to do this work themselves. They spend an excessive amount of time on it and shift their focus from the real goal, i.e. to get the company going. In addition, they risk making mistakes or setting up the wrong structure, which may be very expensive to change at a later stage. In the long run, such problems may result in considerable costs and the risk that investors pull out.
It is therefore recommended that start-up companies contact us from the beginning to benefit from our experience.
During the next phases, the start-up company will often try to attract venture capital or other financing. We have considerable expertise in this area as well.
