Per Håkon Schmidt

Practice Areas

Per Håkon Schmidt is the head of the practice area IP law and he provides advice in respect of competition law, IT law, media and press law. He is a specialist in trade marks, patents, copyrights, the transfer of IT rights and European Community law issues.

Per Håkon Schmidt acts as an arbitrator and he has extensive experience in respect of injunctions and arbitration proceedings. He is a popular keynote speaker and from 1990-2002 he has been lecturing on IP law and competition law at the University of Co-penhagen.

From 2002-2005 Per Håkon Schmidt was the chairman of the Danish Anti-Counterfeiting Group.
