Mads Dambæk

Mads Dambæk's primary area of work is banking and finance law and he advises, among other things, on financing in relation to acquisitions, asset based financing, projekt financing, including financing of energy projects, regulatory matters and financial restructurings.

Previously, through 4 years, Mads Dambæk advised on major Danish takeovers, capital market law, corporate law and contract law in broad sense.
