Niklas provides advice to companies in the bridge, road, harbour, railway and airport sectors which he advises on for instance public-private partnerships, tenders, contract management, partnering, construction contracts and agreements with advisers.
Niklas has extensive experience in the energy sector, including oil, gas, wind turbines, solar cells, biogas and wave energy. Niklas has concluded and negotiated numerous agreements based on the standards applying to the North Sea as well as international standards such as Logic, FIDIC, the AIPN Model Contracts, the Norwegian Fabrication Contract (NF), The Norwegian Oil Industry Association (OLF) etc.
Niklas also provides commercial law advice on company issues and takeovers and he represents national and international businesses as well as public institutions and undertakings in court in the above areas.
While working as a lawyer, Niklas earned an MBA degree (Master of Business Administration) from Cambridge University in 2011.
Niklas has extensive teaching experience and he was an external lecturer in the law of property and obligations at the University of Copenhagen until 2009. From 2005 to 2007 Niklas was a tutor in the law of obligations at the University of Copenhagen.
