Niklas Korsgaard Christensen
Niklas Korsgaard Christensen is a partner with Plesner and he focuses in particular on matters relating to energy, infrastructure and construction. Niklas provides advice to Danish and international undertakings as well as public institutions and companies in these areas.
Niklas has extensive experience in transport infrastructure, oil and gas, wind turbines and other offshore matters. Niklas has concluded and negotiated numerous agreements based on the standards applying to the North Sea as well as international standards such as Logic, FIDIC, the AIPN Model Contracts, the Norwegian Fabrication Contract (NF), the Norwegian Oil Industry Association (OLF) etc.
He also provides general commercial law advice and litigates in the above areas. Niklas sits on the board of directors of several companies and associations.
While working as a lawyer at Plesner, Niklas took an MBA degree (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Cambridge in 2011.
Niklas has extensive teaching experience and he was an external lecturer in the law of property and obligations at the University of Copenhagen until 2009. From 2005 to 2007 Niklas was a tutor in the law of obligations at the University of Copenhagen.
