Micha Fritzen's primary area of work is corporate finance, including M&A and private equity investments, as well as securities law and capital market law. Micha Fritzen's area of work also includes company law and the establishment of businesses.
Micha Fritzen has taught M&A at the courses for assistant attorneys of the General Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society as well as restructuring at the course of the Institute of State Authorized Public Accountants.
