Christian Th. Kjølbye deals with a broad range of Danish and international commercial law issues, including especially corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, incentive programmes and board work. Telecommunication, trademark law, marketing issues and legal proceedings also constitute a considerable part of his activities.

Christian Th. Kjølbye has lectured on property law at the University of Copenhagen and lectures on corporate law issues at seminars and conferences. He is responsible for the preparation of Fagligt Nyt om Selskabsret (company law update) in Advokatbladet and in Nordisk Tidsskrift for Selskabsret (Nordic Company Law Gazette).

Christian Th. Kjølbye has also been an arbitrator in several Danish and international arbitration disputes.

Clients include large corporations, equity funds and investment banks.
