Andreas Kærsgaard Mylin

Andreas Kærsgaard Mylin primarily focuses on restructurings of ailing businesses, suspension of payments, arrangements with creditors and other insolvency law issues, including liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings as well as cases involving avoidance.

Andreas also provides general corporate advice focusing on contract law, construction law and the law of property as well as litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Andreas regularly lectures on issues in his field. He was an external lecturer in the law of contract and tort, construction law and international law pertaining to the sale of goods at the University of Copenhagen for a number of years. Since 2001 Andreas has been a lecturer and an external examiner in financial restructurings and insolvency law at the compulsory exam to be taken by Danish assistant attorneys and he still lectures at supplementary training courses held by Danske Advokater (a professional association for Danish lawyers) and DJØF (the Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists).

Andreas also frequently lectures in the corporate sector on restructurings, floating charges, avoidance and practical bankruptcy proceedings.
