SKAKO Concrete divests its Concrete division to Zefyr Invest IV

Plesner has advised the listed company SKAKO A/S in connection with the sale of its "Concrete" division to the Esbjerg-based investment company Zefyr Invest IV A/S.
After a successful turnaround of its Concrete division, SKAKO A/S ("SKAKO") - through their subsidiary SKAKO Concrete A/S - has entered into an agreement to sell its "Concrete" division to the Esbjerg-based investment company Zefyr Invest IV A/S.
The divestment, conducted as a carve-out, is motivated by SKAKO's desire to focus on their vibration business, SKAKO Vibration A/S.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of December 2023, and the entire proceeds are intended to be distributed as an extraordinary dividend to the shareholders of SKAKO.
Plesner's M&A team consisted of Henrik Laursen, Thomas Pitzner-Jørgensen, Simon Västernäs, Sofie Riisgaard Mathiesen, and Jonas Egelykke Jensen.
