LB Forsikring sells five residential properties in Copenhagen

LB Forsikring has sold five attractive residential properties to the property company Heimstaden AB, which is listed in Sweden. Plesner advised LB Forsikring in connection with the sale of the properties.
The five properties have a total of 109 flats and an area of approximately 19,750 sqm. The total purchase price was DKK 455 million.
The acquisition is planned to take place in the spring of 2017 as four of the five properties are subject to the rules of the Danish Rent Act on the obligation on the lessor to offer the property to the lessees. The final completion of the transaction is consequently conditional on the lessees not deciding to exercise their right to take over the individual properties. Plesner will assist LB Forsikring with the completion of the obligation on the lessor to offer the property to the lessees at the beginning of 2017.
