Access Learning to acquire Bookboon Learning

Access Learning, part of The Access Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire Bookboon Learning, a self-directed soft skills content provider. Plesner has advised Access Learning on the transaction.
The Access Group, headquartered in the UK, was founded in 1991 and helps customers across commercial and non-for-profit sectors become more productive and efficient.
Access Learning, part of The Access Group, is a leading provider of business management software to mid-market organisations. The addition of Bookboon Learning will complement Access Learning's existing portfolio of industry-leading digital learning solutions.
Bookboon Learning is a next-generation digital learning platform which enhances access to knowledge through a comprehensive suite of exclusive eBooks, audio learning, live virtual classrooms, and online courses.
