Three New Partners in Plesner

Attorneys Esben Kjær, Lasse Esbjerg Christensen and Torben Nørskov have become partners in Plesner from 1 January 2005.

Esben Kjær received his education at Lett Vilstrup & Partnere, where he became partner in 2001 after having trained at Haight Gardner, Poor & Havens in New York. Esben Kjær is mainly involved in advisory services in respect of the purchase and sale of companies, corporate law, litigation and arbitration.

Lasse Esbjerg Christensen's main areas of practice are tax law, corporate law and the transfer of ownership to a new generation.

Torben Nørskov primarily deals with mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
