Sara Hanquist Berggren

Sara also advises Danish and international companies on complex corporate matters. She has experience providing legal assistance within a wide range of areas relating to Danish corporate law, spanning from restructurings, national and cross-border mergers and demergers to specialist advisory services within corporate governance and managerial liability.

Sara has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has studied half a year at the University of Sydney.
