New Executive Order on marketing of UCITS and non-UCITS in Denmark

Recent changes to the Executive Order on Marketing Carried out by Foreign Investment Undertakings in Denmark amend the requirements applicable to foreign UCITS and non-UCITS marketing or wishing to market their shares in Denmark.
