Færch Plast acquires Food Trays Business Europe from Sealed Air Corporation

Færch Plast A/S and Sealed Air Corporation have entered into an agreement for the sale of Sealed Air Corporation's European food trays business. Plesner has advised Færch Plast A/S.
Leading European supplier of trays for the food industry, Færch Plast A/S, and the listed US-based provider of protective food and specialty packaging materials and systems, Sealed Air Corporation, have entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Sealed Air Corporation's European food trays business.
The acquisition includes the activities of Sealed Air Ltd and Sealed Air Bunõl S.l.U, located in Poole (UK) and Bunol (Spain) respectively, their manufacturing facilities as well as associated commercial activities. The transaction provides Færch Plast with the opportunity to offer a wider product portfolio and serves to strengthen Færch Plast's position as a leading European provider of packaging trays for the food industry.
