The Guldager group is sold to Capidea

Guldager A/S with its consolidated companies has been sold to the Danish private equity fund Capidea Management. Plesner has been advising Guldager for more than 50 years and also assisted with this transaction.
Guldager A/S is a leading water treatment provider and has a national Danish service network, and the group supplies water treatment plants all over the world. Guldager is an expert in corrosion protection and water treatment in relation to facility management, industry, catering, hospitals and the energy sector.
The sale of the Guldager group is part of an ownership transfer in which the owners, Hans Guldager and Henrik Guldager, sell 80% of the group to Capidea. The two owners retain an ownership interest of 20% and will be involved in the continuing development of the group.
