Nordic Capital sells Unifeeder to DP World

Nordic Capital has sold Unifeeder, the largest pan-European feeder and growing shortsea operator, to DP World for EUR 660 million. Plesner has advised Nordic Capital in all legal aspects of the transaction.
Global trade enabler, DP World, has acquired 100% of the Unifeeder Group from Nordic Capital Fund VIII and certain minority shareholders. Nordic Capital acquired the Unifeeder Group in 2013.
Unifeeder is headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, and has approximately 400 employees in 25 countries. In 2017, Unifeeder's revenue was EUR 510 million.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018.
