Agilitas acquires Teracom Danmark

Private equity fund Agilitas has just signed an agreement to acquire Teracom Danmark, a leading Danish independent network operator. Plesner advised Agilitas on the transaction.
Teracom Danmark consists of the companies Teracom A/S and Digital Radio Teracom A/S that jointly provide nationwide broadcast and transmission coverage. Teracom Danmark's network owns more than 34 high towers and 3,500 km of fibre connections providing services to both public service stations and commercial stations.
Agilitas is a Pan-European equity fund, and the acquisition of Teracom Danmark is part of its strategy to invest in companies that operate in regulated markets with high entry barriers.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
