Maus Frères acquires the Danish distributor of GANT

Maus Frères S.A. has concluded an agreement with the Danish distributor of the Gant clothing brand to acquire the company which owns the rights to distribute Gant in Copenhagen. Plesner advised Maus Frères S.A. on the transaction.
Maus Frères S.A. is a Swiss family enterprise which, in addition to Swedish clothing brand Gant (acquired by Maus Fréres S.A. in 2008), owns clothing brands Lacoste and Aigle.
Through Gant Holding AB, Maus Fréres S.A. has now acquired 100% of the shares in the Danish distributor which has owned the rights to distribute Gant to private customers and retailers in Denmark since the 1980s.
