Patrizia sells Galleri K in Copenhagen

German property investor Patrizia has sold the attractive property Galleri K centrally located in the pedestrian street "Strøget" in the city centre of Copenhagen. Plesner advised Patrizia on the transaction.
Galleri K, the more than 24,000 square metre retail property in the heart of Copenhagen, has just been sold. German-based property investor Patrizia has owned Galleri K since 2015 and now sells the property.
Galleri K consists of approximately 10,000 square metres of shops and restaurants, 9,500 square metres of office space and 5,000 square metres for storage and parking. Today the property has a number of international premium brands as tenants and accommodates some of Copenhagen's most popular restaurants.
