NREP and By & Havn sell development company to PFA

NREP and By & Havn, joint owners of development company RetReal NSF Nordhavn 1 P/S (Nordhavn P/S), sell Nordhavn P/S to Danish pension provider PFA. Plesner advised NREP on the transaction.
Since 2015 Nordhavn P/S has been developing the retail areas around Århusgade in the Copenhagen district of Nordhavn. Nordhavn P/S has been jointly owned by the property company NREP and the publicly owned development company By & Havn.
With the sale of Nordhavn P/S to PFA, By & Havn withdraws completely from the ownership while NREP retains a small ownership share of Nordhavn P/S.
PFA already has a significant presence in the Copenhagen district of Nordhavn and is currently developing the "Redmolen"-project.
In future, PFA and NREP will be partners in Nordhavn P/S and will jointly continue developing the retail areas in the new Copenhagen city district.
