A.P. Møller Holding has acquired the Nissens Cooling Solutions business from Axcel-backed Nissens

A.P. Møller Holding has acquired 100% of the share capital in NCS International A/S which operates under the brand Nissens Cooling Solutions. Plesner advised A.P. Møller Holding on the transaction.
Nissens Cooling Solutions is a market leading manufacturer of cooling components, cooling systems and cooling modules. Nissens Cooling Solutions has a global production footprint and conducts its business with activities in Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia and China.
Nissens Cooling Solutions employs approximately 1,000 employees world-wide.
The acquisition is to be approved by competition authorities which is expected to happen in the third quarter of 2021.
Plesner's core team on the transaction consisted of Henrik Rossing Lønberg, Tina Kang, Christian Frank Madsen, Christian Cold and Søren Bauer.
