Henrik specializes in corporate lending, acquisition and project finance transaction. He focuses in particular on financing of M&A transactions, infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate.

Henrik has broad experience in complex cross-border corporate finance transactions with a particular focus on corporate lending, acquisition and project finance transactions.

Henrik mainly advises banks, pension funds, private equity sponsors, debt funds and corporate borrowers.

Henrik also has substantial experience assisting lenders and borrowers in all stages of special situations debt finance and debt restructurings, drawing on his extensive knowledge within finance and insolvency law.

Henrik is the author of a leading textbook on corporate finance law in Denmark, which is mandatory reading at the University of Copenhagen, University of Aarhus and Copenhagen Business School.
