Jakob Dolmer

Attorney-at-Law

Jakob Dolmer is an attorney-at-law in our IP and Life Science team.

Jakob focuses on proceedings concerning the enforcement of technical property rights (primarily patents), including injunctions and preservation of evidence, and Jakob is a member of our UPC Task Force. 

Jakob further advises undertakings on regulatory practices in relation to medicinal products, medical devices etc as a member of our regulatory Life Science group.

Jakob also advises on IP agreements  and life science agreements, for example licence agreements, research and development agreements and Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs).
