Kasper Haarløv Pedersen is a director in our Private Investment Funds team.
Kasper is specialized in the field of structuring, raising and formation of private investment funds, including legal and commercial issues in connection with the operation of such investment vehicles.
Kasper also advises institutional and professional investors on investments in private investment funds and on co-investments alongside private investment funds, while also using his experience from previously working in M&A to advice on secondaries.
