Norvestor acquires a majority stake in Globeteam

Plesner has assisted Kirk Kapital, Claus Moldow and Morten Strunge Nielsen, in connection with their sale of Globeteam A/S to the Norwegian private equity fund, Norvestor. Kirk Kapital, Claus Moldow and Morten Strunge Nielsen will re-invest alongside Norvestor. 

Plesner has assisted Globeteam Holding ApS, including its ultimate owners Kirk Kapital, Claus Moldow and Morten Strunge Nielsen, in connection with the sale of Globeteam A/S to the Norwegian private equity fund, Norvestor. Norvestor will acquire a majority stake in Globeteam and Kirk Kapital, Claus Moldow and Morten Strunge Nielsen will re-invest alongside Norvestor and will hold significant minority positions.

The sale process has been run as a structured auction process together with Deloitte Corporate Finance where Plesner assisted with all legal matters of the transaction, including the sellers' reinvestment. 

Globeteam A/S has a unique consultant-based business model and is a top specialised IT consultancy service provider offering high-end services to both private and public customers within business consulting, infrastructure, development, and cyber and information security.

Norvestor has recently expanded their presence in Denmark and Globeteam marks their first direct investment in a Danish company.

The transaction is subject to ordinary approvals from relevant competition authorities.

The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
