The Danish private equity fund Capidea has entered into an agreement to acquire a controlling shareholding in Dancover A/S. Dancover is a leading European e-commerce business within tent solutions. Plesner assisted Capidea with the transaction.

Dancover is a leading European e-commerce business within tent and storage solutions on the private and professional market. Dancover has a wide product program and sells directly to both B2B and B2C customers on a global scale, with Europe being the primary market.

Capidea makes long-term investments in competitive small and medium-sized Danish companies, i.a. within trading and distribution. Capidea has a total capital commitment of approximately DKK 2.3 billion in three funds.
