Intrasoft International was founded in 1996 and is a leading European IT solutions and services group headquartered in Luxembourg with operational branches, subsidiaries, and offices in 13 countries, including strong presence in Greece, Spain and Belgium.

The addition of Intrasoft International to Netcompany's group will enhance and strengthen Netcompany's position in the public sector in Europe, in particular with the EU institutions. Based on Intrasoft International's references and competencies, the reach and offerings in Netcompany's private sector verticals will also be expanded, supporting Netcompany's continued growth in the private sector.  

Intrasoft International employs approximately 2,800 employees world-wide, including freelancers, and, following closing of the transaction, the combined number of people within the Netcompany group will be more than 6,000, including freelancers.

Closing of the transaction is expected to take place during Q4 2021 and is conditional uponthe completion of certain separation activities.
