First Camp Group acquires CampOne

Plesner has assisted First Camp Group in connection with the acquisition of CampOne.
Plesner has assisted First Camp Group with its acquisition of the Danish camping chain CampOne. First Camp Group will take over four CampOne destinations with a combined annual turnover of around DKK 33.6 million.
After the acquisition of the four campsites, First Camp Group has 13 campsites in Denmark, as well as Jesperhus Feriepark, one of Denmark's most popular holiday destinations for families with children. Plesner also assisted First Camp Group on the acquisition of Jesperhus Feriepark in 2021.
First Camp Group is Scandinavia's largest camping chain with more than 55 destinations from Danish Frigård at Flensburg Firth in the south to Björknäs in Boden in the north.
Plesner's M&A team consisted of Brian Bundgaard, Rasmus Egede Budtz and Anders Bengtsen.
