Capidea and the remaining shareholders in Obsidian Group have completed a sale of Obsidian Group to Findos. Obsidian is a leading Danish digital marketing company with more than 150 employees and offices in Copenhagen, Århus and Banja Luka (Bosnia). Plesner advised the partners in Obsidian Group in connection with Capidea's investment in 2021, and has since assisted Obsidian Group with a number of add-on transactions. Now, Plesner has again assisted Capidea and the management shareholders in connection with the successful divestment.
  
Capidea is a Danish private equity fund making long-term investments in competitive small and medium-sized Danish companies. Capidea was established in November 2006 and has a total capital commitment of approximately DKK 2.3 billion / EUR 305 million in three funds and with a fourth fund under way.
