Lotte Gunhild Hansen is an assistant attorney in our Energy and Infrastructure team.
Lotte deals with construction disputes, primarily in relation to large and medium-sized infrastructure projects and disputes of a general contractual nature on a daily basis.
Lotte is in particular involved in preparing large cases and arbitration proceedings before the ordinary courts as well as before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. Lotte further has experience with respect to contract law issues and dispute resolution and regularly advises clients.
Lotte also has experience advising Danish and international enterprises with respect to the implementation and development of large energy and infrastructure projects; she has in particular been dealing with issues relating to environmental law and planning law.
