Mette Hygum Clausen is a senior counsel in our IP Law team and focuses on Life Science.
Mette advises on intellectual property law, in particular on the enforcement of patents through proceedings before the Danish courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC), including obtaining preliminary injunctions and preservation of evidence. She advises Danish and foreign clients in all industries, especially in the life science and healthcare sectors.
Mette has been involved in a number of key lawsuits and arbitration proceedings in the area of life science in recent years and has advised clients on complex agreements. Mette also regularly advises various large clients on Danish regulation in this area.
