Michael Schebye Brandt-Jensen

Michael Schebye Brandt-Jensen is a director and is part of Plesner's Insolvency Law and Restructuring team, which handles the biggest and most complex bankruptcies and restructurings in Denmark.

Michael is highly specialised in insolvency and restructuring law, focusing on creditors' rights, financial restructuring of distressed businesses, negotiations for composition arrangements and bankruptcy proceedings.

Michael has been involved in a large number of large-scale and small-scale bankruptcy proceedings and restructurings of both a national and international nature and has extensive experience of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings in practice, which is an essential condition for advising on non-performing facilities and distressed businesses.

Michael is a certified insolvency attorney from Danske Insolvensadvokater. Michael has great litigation experience and has a right to appear before the Danish High Court. In addition, Michael is a member of the panel of lawyers appointed by the Danish Debt Collection Agency.

Michael also works with property and corporate law issues.

Further, he handles forced sales and has previously worked with the law of master and servant, administration of estates of deceased persons and general business law.
