Sofie Beiter Arreskov is a director in our IP Law and Life Science teams.
Sofie has experience in the enforcement of trademark rights, patent rights and copyrights as well as marketing law, including injunction and preservation of evidence cases.
Sofie also advises clients on regulatory matters regarding medicinal products, medical devices, food and dietary supplements. Such advice covers issues relating to sale and marketing, prices, substitution and parallel imports of medicinal products and medical devices. Moreover, Sofie works on our Trademark Law team where she advises clients on trademarks, designs and domain names.
As a member of Plesner's Facebook Committee, Sofie participates in Plesner's branding and recruitment of new staff, for instance by attending various career fairs at Danish universities.
