Thomas Gønge is a senior counsel in our Tax Law team.
Thomas works predominantly with indirect taxes (including VAT, customs and excise duties), the tax process and advisors’ professional liability and D&O liability.
Thomas conducts cases before the administrative authorities and the courts of law. He also lends assistance to Plesner’s other teams regarding direct and indirect taxes, eg in relation to real property, M&As and operations.
Thomas is an author for EU-Karnov on fiscal provisions, which cover, for instance, the VAT directives, excise duty directives and harmonisation rules on direct taxes and the relevant practice of the European Court of Justice. Thomas is also the owner and editor of the Greenlandic Code at
