• Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank etc. - Plesner advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as Agent, BNP Paribas Trust Corporation UK Limited as Bond Trustee and a syndicate of lenders and bond investors on Danish law security  and other aspects arising out of complex, multisource and multijurisdictional financing in relation to moveable equipment
• Danske Bank A/S - Plesner acted for Danske Bank A/S and other domestic and international banks participating in the club in respect of the negotiation of credit facilities for FLSmidth & Co. A/S - club deal including domestic and international banks
• Nordea Bank Danmark A/S and HSBC Bank Plc - Plesner acted for Nordea Bank Danmark A/S and HSBC Bank Plc in respect of the negotiation of credit facilities for the Danish listed company Pandora A/S - club deal with Nordea Bank Danmark A/S and HSBC Bank plc
• Danske Bank A/S - Plesner represented Danske Bank in respect of a multi-million senior facility for FSN's acquisition of Fitness World A/S. Plesner represented Danske Bank as arranger, lender and agent
• Nordjyske Bank A/S - Plesner represented Nordjyske Bank A/S in connection with tier 2 capital for Nordjyske Bank A/S - bond issue. Complex financing in connection with the public takeover by Nordjyske Bank of Nørresundby Bank
• Nykredit - successful before the Danish Eastern High Court in that a Danish mortgage credit institution was not engaged in trade when purchasing and selling shares
• Jyske Bank Finans - successful before the Danish Eastern High Court in a case involving factoring payments being subject to VAT
• Danish Insurance Association (DIA) acting for Taksatorringen - successful before the Danish Supreme Court in that Taksatorringen, which makes vehicle damage assessments on behalf of its members, was not to pay VAT on its services
• Danske Bank (as a non-party intervener) - successful before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Danish Western High Court in that a leasing company is entitled to apply the rules regarding VAT on used goods
• AP Pension - AP Pension's merger with the multi-employer pension fund the Danish Finance Sector's Pension Fund, FSP
• Danske Bank - first generation multinational IFM agreement with ISS (most comprehensive in Denmark ever)
• Advent International - acquisition of KMD and others
• FIH Erhvervsbank A/S - acquisition of FIH Erhvervsbank by ATP, PFA, Folksam and Christian Dyvig
• Nørresundby Bank - Nordjyske Bank's take-over of Nørresundby Bank (public take-over bid and subsequent merger)
• Saxo Bank A/S - General Atlantic's sale of shares in Saxo Bank A/S to private equity fund TPG
