The Real Estate team is placed – both organisationally and physically – in a group with the Construction team

Property transactions - in the form of asset transfers as well as company transactions - is one of the Real Estate team's largest practice areas. Transactions can comprise all types of commercial properties, property development projects, property portfolios or development projects and property companies.
Advice is structured on the basis of the individual transaction and with a focus on obtaining cost effective and operationally efficient structures in connection with the relevant client's acquisition or sale. Accordingly, advice regarding for instance ownership structures as well as investment strategies and financing is taken into account from the beginning.
We know that transactions are dynamic, and we are characterised by our responsive approach throughout the entire process. When providing advice we focus on making the complicated simple. This is reflected in a transaction service safeguarding the clients' business interests in the projects and seeking to address any challenges pragmatically - but always with a focus on sound commercial solutions.

The development of properties involves contractual and administrative processes and transactions which our Real Estate team is specialized in dealing with in collaboration with Plesner's Construction Law team
and the sub-team Environmental Law and Planning Law
This often involves long-term projects where we provide advice from the beginning till the end and ensure continuous follow-ups and progress in projects in collaboration with our clients. At the same time, an eye for detail is necessary when it comes to development projects, as projects are often complex. When we provide advice, we make sure to have such an overview, no matter the stage of the process.
