The Unified Patent Court - opting out?

The Unified Patent Court (UPC) is expected to come into existence already in December 2017. It is therefore a matter of urgency for companies to consider the consequences for their patent portfolios and whether to opt out their European patents.
Attorney-at-Law, Partner Sture Rygaard and Attorney Peter Nørgaard address the key points of the opt-out arrangement in the most recent issue of the Danish trade magazine Dansk Biotek and advise companies on which points to take into consideration.
