Plesner has assisted with a speedy conversion of Dagmarhus in Rådhuspladsen to a CitizenM hotel with 238 rooms. For decades, Plesner has been representing the Hildebrandt Family who owns the distinctive building that until recently housed the Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel.

The premises will be let to the Dutch hotel chain CitizenM which is based on very well-defined requirements and brands. Plesner assisted the owner with the negotiations and the conclusion of the lease with CitizenM.

The back-to-back conditions were negotiated with the hotel chain and the owners' Danish turnkey contractor in respect of the overall conversion together with the conclusion of professional services agreements with architects and engineers as well as agreements on project management under Danish terms and conditions and according to brand standards with foreign consultants and IT providers.

The hotel with the CitizenM concept that is new in Denmark will open in December 2018.
