Netcompany is listed

On 7 June 2018 Danish IT consultancy company Netcompany has been admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen. Plesner advised Netcompany on the IPO, and Plesner's team are very proud to have been working together with Netcompany.

The IPO comprises 20,000,000 shares. In addition, the bank syndicate has been granted a usual overallotment option of up to 3,000,000 shares. Overall, the present owners of Netcompany will be selling up to 46% of their shares in connection with the listing.

After the listing two of the founders of Netcompany, André Rogaczewski and Claus Jørgensen, together own approximately 10
% of the shares. The private equity investment company FSN Capital, which invested in the company in 2015, owns approximately 21% of the shares in Netcompany, if the overallotment option is fully used. The other shareholders are Carsten Gomard, who is also one of the founders, Gustaf Löfberg, partner in Netcompany, Danica Pension, and a number of employees and members of the executive management and the Board of Directors.
