2E Group sells 148 sustainable homes to NREP

Plesner advised 2E Group in connection with the conclusion of agreements on the transfer of 148 homes in Egedal Stationsby.
The properties are under construction, and the completed and leased homes will be transferred gradually to NREP in the course of 2021.
Plesner's team consisted of Attorney, Partner Karina Brinch and Attorney-at-Law Mia Sander.
