Anesco concludes its first agreement on developing energy projects in Denmark

The British company Anesco, a global leader in renewable energy and cleantech, has entered the Danish market with the conclusion of their first agreement for greenfield development of a solar project in Southern Jutland. Plesner acted as legal advisor for Anesco in connection with the agreement.
Anesco, which develops, designs, constructs, operates, maintains and optimises high performing renewable energy assets, and which is one of the largest providers of energy efficiency services in the UK, has entered the Danish market with the conclusion of their first agreement for a greenfield development project in Southern Jutland.
Anesco is backed by Ara Partners, a leading investor in companies making a difference in the energy transition.
