Anne Cathrine Ingerslev joins Plesner as partner

After four years in London where she advised a wide range of international clients on banking and financing law, Anne Cathrine Ingerslev will join Plesner's Banking and Finance team on 1 October 2017.
Anne Cathrine (attorney-at-law, solicitor, MSc) joins Plesner from the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell London LLP, where she has advised both lenders and borrowers in New York, London and the rest of Europe. She brings solid experience from advising on structuring and legal documentation of loan financing, bond issues and financial restructuring, including security packages and intercreditor arrangements, in a number of complex multijurisdictional cross-border financings.

Before joining Davis Polk & Wardwell London LLP, Anne Cathrine practised in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is a law graduate of the University of Copenhagen and holds an MSc in Law and Finance (with distinction) from the University of Oxford.
